BEDROLL CAMPING
In this class we will take a deep dive into the art of bedroll camping
we will discuss the key points of sleeping on in a bedroll and what is adequate for not only survival but true comfort.
go over modern and traditional bedding types
understand the many ways one can carry a bedroll
students will learn maintenance of bedding on long term camps
students will be introduced to the round the world bedroll system.
discuss how bedrolls can be deployed
you are encouraged to bring your own bedroll. MODERN, TRADITIONAL, AND HYBRID, are all acceptable.
note: this is a day class and overnight stay is not required. overnight stays are on you and are not covered in the purchase of this class
GEAR REQUIREMENTS
durable gloves

lunch and snacks
notepad and pen
your personal bedroll (if you have one if not that's fine)
medications
comfortable chair
appropriate clothes for the weather
contractor trash bag
tarp or poncho of your choice
sleeping bag or blanket of your choice
positive mental attitude
